Episode 12: The ride from hell, a red apple, and clean white sheets

In this episode, we pick up where we left off last week. Greg is 1,000 miles from the coast to complete his journey across the continent of Africa. His last ride ends up being perhaps the worst one yet and he enters a Zen-like state to get through it. He reaches Cameroon and spies something on a train so familiar yet so foreign at the same time. Greg finally knocks on the door of a French mission only to have to talk his way in using extremely limited French. Finally, he takes a six-hour plane ride back to Nairobi and reflects on his seven-month journey.
